Patient Information: At the age of 69, this patient had become dissatisfied with the \"turkey gobbler\" neck that he was getting due to gravity and the normal aging process. A SMAS Facelift tightened up the drooping skin and muscle of his neck area and also tightened the skin of his lower face to reduce facial wrinkling. His photos were taken 2 months after his surgery.

Patient Information: This 48 year old patient wished to improve the sagging skin and muscle of her neck, the fine line wrinkles around her mouth and the tired and droopy appearance of her eyes. Dr. Mills lifted and tightened the skin and muscles at her neck and chin for a much improved profile, and Dermabrasion minimized the wrinkles around her mouth. The upper portion of her face appears much more youthful following her Blepharoplasty.

Patient Information: This 64-year old patient wished to improve the loose skin at her neck and chin, facial wrinkling and smooth her glabellar frown lines. Dr. Mills performed a SMAS Facelift to create a younger, smoother neckline and profile. A Coronal Browlift allowed him to remove extra skin at her brow, using an incision hidden in her hair, and to tighten up the muscles for to erase her tired and droopy look.

Patient Information: This patient is a 58-year old woman who complained of a drooping neck and upper eyelids. Her lips had also thinned with age, and she had fine line wrinkles around her mouth. Dr. Mills lifted her neck and lower face with a SMAS Facelift, and removed extra skin and fat from her eyelids with an Upper Blepharoplasty. He injected some of her own fat into her lips for a fuller, younger look, and used Dermabrasion to smooth the area around her mouth.

She also had a “turkey gobbler” neck, and many fine line wrinkles around her mouth.
