This 21 year old patient is 5'7" and 116 pounds. She wore a 34B bra, and wanted to increase her size to a 34C. Dr. Mills placed a 390cc saline implant behind the muscle, using an armpit incision. Her post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
