Saline Transaxillary Subpectoral Augmentation

Patient is a 33-year old Caucasian female who desired to increase her bust size from a 34A to a 34C bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5’3” and weighed 117 lbs. This patient complained of drooping breasts after having children. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using 450cc saline implants, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision. The breast augmentation procedure not only gave her additional volume, but better lift and shape to her breast as well.
