Patient is a 33-year old Caucasian female who desired to increase her bust size from a 34B to a 34D bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5’6” and weighed 118 lbs. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using 420cc saline implants, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision. Patient returned one year later and changed out her implants to 540cc saline implants.
