Patient is a 29-year old Caucasian female who desired to increase her bust size from a 34A to a 34B bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5’9” and weighed 130 lbs. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using 390cc saline implants, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision.
