Saline Transaxillary Subpectoral Augmentation

Patient is a 39-year old Caucasian female who desired to increase her bust size from a 36C to a 36D bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5’6” and weighed 135 lbs. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using a 450cc saline implant on her right side and a 420cc saline implant on the left side, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used two different size implants to improve symmetry in the breast volume. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision and also performed a nipple reduction on this patient.
