Patient is a 23-year old female who desired to increase her bust size from a 34C to a 34D bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5’2” and weighed 112 lbs. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using 450cc saline implants, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision.
